Shipping policy

At Panier Pratique, we do our best to provide fast and reliable delivery. Our shipping conditions are set out below.

1. Order preparation

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 to 72 hours after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery times

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 8 to 12 business days, depending on your location. These times may vary in exceptional circumstances, such as severe weather or periods of high demand.

3. Delivery areas

We deliver to Europe, the Americas and Asia. If your delivery address is outside our coverage area, contact servicepanierpratique@gmail.com so we can look for a suitable solution.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to your address and the total weight of your order. The amount is shown before you confirm your order.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

6. Delivery issues

If your order is delayed or you notice a problem, such as a damaged or missing parcel, contact servicepanierpratique@gmail.com promptly. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is correct and complete. Panier Pratique cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.
